At **King Kong Milk Tea**, there’s a drink that feels both obvious and oddly undiscovered in sugarcane country. Fresh sugarcane juice—pressed to order, bright and grassy, with a sweetness that lands gently. You can have it straight or dressed with coconut or aloe.

In India, street vendors add a pinch of black salt and a squeeze of lime, stir it with ice, and hand it over on a hot day. Same pleasure, different street.
