Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, click the account icon on RedEyeBR.com, select “Manage Subscription,” and follow the prompts in the Stripe customer portal. You do not need to contact us directly to cancel.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to paid content until that date.
  • After your billing period ends, your account will revert to free-tier access. You will still be able to log in and read any content available to free members, and receive free newsletters.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

Resubscribing

If you cancel and later decide to resubscribe, you may do so at any time by selecting a paid plan on the Site. Your new subscription will begin a fresh billing cycle at the current listed price.

Refund Policy


General Policy

Because our subscription provides immediate access to paid content upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we want every subscriber to feel confident about their membership, so we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

When We May Issue a Refund

  • Accidental or duplicate charges. If you were charged in error or billed twice for the same period, we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Technical issues preventing access. If a verified technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing paid content for a significant portion of your billing period, we may issue a full or partial refund.
  • First-time subscribers within 7 days. If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first subscriptions only, not to renewal charges.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After the 7-day window for first-time subscribers has passed.
  • For renewal charges on active subscriptions. If you no longer wish to be charged, please cancel before your next billing date.
  • For partial months or unused portions of an annual plan, unless otherwise required by law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the email address listed on our contact page. Please include your account email, the date of the charge in question, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
